You now can directly approach our spot serve outlet to avail services on your Sennheiser earphone/ headphone/ headsets. Our authorized channel partners are authorized to provide warranty services to end customer, in case you find the product defective & the defective product fulfills the normal terms of warranty as mentioned below.
1 . Our Spot serve centers are authorized to extend the warranty services to you even if you have bought a Sennheiser product from any other authorized dealer’s shop, modern Trade outlet like Reliance & Croma across the country.
This is customer’s responsibility to produce the proof of purchase (Purchase invoice) at the time of availing warranty services. In lack of this, the warranty services will not be extended by the Spotserve centres.
2 . Our Spot serve centres are not authorized to extend services on products bought from any other country. If you have, you will be directly guided to one of our three company owned service centers across the country which is nearest to you. (Please find the process in Sl. No 4 ). In this case product will be replaced by service centres only after authenticity check on the product.
3 . Services on product bought from any online shop shall not be entertained by the spot serve centre. If you have, you can avail services on your defective product from any of 3 company owned service centers across the country which is mentioned below. In this case product will be replaced by service centres only after authenticity check on the product.

4 . You can walk in with your defective headphone / earphone / headsets to the above mentioned service centre along with a copy of purchase invoice as a proof of purchase for necessary testing and further process. Proof of purchase must state the date of purchase and name of the product.
In case none of the three service centers is close to your location, you can send the defective product along with purchase bill copy to any service center mentioned in above through courier or postal services for necessary testing and further process.
5 . Standard terms and conditions, as mentioned in our “Warranty Conditions” will be applicable for all the warranty services.
